Physical format: Printed on 250 gsm museum-quality matte paper, set in a pine frame, protected by shatterproof plexiglass and supplied with a hanging kit. Available sizes and frame colours are shown in the product options.
Delivery: Free tracked delivery is available to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. Estimates vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
Digital artwork: Each physical order includes a complimentary PNG or JPG digital artwork at approximately 4K resolution. Exact dimensions vary by artwork, and the file is emailed after physical delivery.

Before approval: request unlimited free revisions, or ask for a full refund at any time before you approve the preview. After approval, personalised-product limits apply; your statutory rights for damaged, faulty, or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
Because every portrait is personalised to your pet, the standard 14-day cancellation right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (reg. 28(1)(b)) — and the equivalent right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(c) — does not apply once we have started work on your portrait.

Your statutory rights remain. Customers elsewhere retain equivalent rights under applicable local law.
