What product does SnoutCraft sell?

SnoutCraft sells custom pet portraits finished as ready-to-hang framed prints on 250 gsm museum-quality matte paper, with a pine frame, shatterproof plexiglass and a hanging kit.

What photo should I upload?

Each portrait supports one pet. Use one clear, well-lit image showing that pet, with the face, eyes and key markings visible.

When is payment collected?

Payment is collected in full at checkout.

When will I receive the preview?

We send the standard digital preview within 24 hours after purchase, or within 12 hours for a memorial portrait.

Can I request changes?

You may request unlimited revisions at no extra charge before approving the artwork. You may also cancel for a full refund before approval.

When does printing begin?

Printing begins only after you approve the artwork.

Where do you deliver?

Current destinations and post-approval estimates are listed in the Shipping Policy. Estimates vary by destination and are not guarantees.

What if the framed print arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us and review the Refund Policy for eligibility and next steps. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Is a digital artwork included?

Each physical order includes a complimentary PNG or JPG digital artwork at approximately 4K resolution. The average of its width and height is about 4,000 pixels, with exact dimensions varying by artwork. It is emailed after physical delivery.

How are portraits created?

SnoutCraft uses an artist-directed, technology-assisted creative workflow with human review. The finished product is a framed print, not a hand-painted original.
