One pet and one reference photo

Each portrait is created for one pet and requires one clear reference photo. Choose an image where the face, eyes and distinctive markings are visible. If the photograph is not suitable, SnoutCraft will contact you before creating the preview.

Choose a visual direction

The current catalogue includes Renaissance, watercolour, Impressionist, comic, Japanese-inspired, animation-inspired and Art Deco directions. Product pages show the available styles, sizes, frame colours, prices and availability.

Preview before print

Payment is collected in full at checkout. Standard previews are sent within 24 hours after purchase, or within 12 hours for memorial portraits. You may request unlimited revisions at no extra charge, or cancel for a full refund, before approving the artwork.

Physical format

The current portrait is printed on 250 gsm museum-quality matte paper, set in a pine frame, protected by shatterproof plexiglass and supplied with a hanging kit. It is a framed print, not a hand-painted original.

Free tracked delivery is available to destinations listed in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates vary by destination and are not guarantees.

If a portrait arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from the approved preview, contact SnoutCraft promptly and review the Refund Policy. Statutory rights are unaffected.
