How It Works

Choose a portrait style, provide a suitable reference photo and review the artwork before the framed print is produced.

1. Choose the product options

Select an art style, size and frame colour on the product page. Current prices and availability are shown there in the active market currency.

2. Upload the reference photo

Each portrait supports one pet. Upload one clear, well-lit image showing that pet, with the face, eyes and key markings visible.

3. Place the order

Payment is collected in full at checkout. The order details and uploaded reference photo are then used to prepare the artwork brief.

4. Review the digital preview

We send the standard digital preview within 24 hours after purchase, or within 12 hours for a memorial portrait. You may request unlimited revisions at no extra charge, or cancel for a full refund, before approving the artwork.

5. Approve printing

Printing begins only after you approve the artwork. The approved portrait is printed on 250 gsm museum-quality matte paper, framed in pine and protected by shatterproof plexiglass.

6. Track delivery

Delivery destinations and post-approval estimates are maintained in the Shipping Policy. The carrier and production route can vary by destination.

Digital artwork

Each physical order includes a complimentary PNG or JPG digital artwork at approximately 4K resolution. The average of its width and height is about 4,000 pixels, with exact dimensions varying by artwork. It is emailed after physical delivery.
