Reviews Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This policy explains how SnoutCraft currently handles independent customer reviews. It is intended to support our obligations under applicable consumer-protection rules. It does not represent certification by the Competition and Markets Authority or any other regulator.
Review platform
Our current independent review platform is Trustpilot. Reviews are submitted to and stored by Trustpilot under its own terms and moderation rules. SnoutCraft may invite customers to leave a review after a genuine business interaction and may link to public reviews from this website.
Verification labels
A Trustpilot review may carry a "Verified" label when Trustpilot can confirm a business interaction. Not every Trustpilot review is necessarily verified, and the absence of a label does not by itself establish that a review is false.
Editing and removal
Review authors can edit or delete their own Trustpilot reviews. SnoutCraft cannot directly rewrite or delete a customer's review. We may report content that appears to breach Trustpilot's rules, and Trustpilot decides what action to take under its moderation process.
What SnoutCraft does not do
- We do not write customer reviews or create accounts to review our own business.
- We do not buy fabricated reviews or import invented testimonials.
- We do not make an incentive conditional on a positive review or a minimum rating.
- We do not describe every reviewer as a verified buyer when the platform does not support that conclusion.
Responses and complaints
We may respond publicly to a review and invite the author to contact us so we can investigate an order or service issue. A critical review does not lose protection merely because it is commercially inconvenient.
