SnoutCraft Customer Reviews — Trustpilot + Judge.me

Last updated: May 2026

We're a young UK business — SNOUTCRAFT LTD was registered with Companies House on 23 March 2026, and the SnoutCraft storefront opened publicly in April 2026. As of right now, we have a small but growing review base across two independent platforms: Trustpilot for company-level service feedback, and Judge.me for product-specific reviews on each portrait we deliver.

This page is the central place to read what real customers say, file your own review after you receive your portrait, and understand how we handle complaints when things go wrong.

Read what customers say on Trustpilot

Trustpilot is independent third-party review platform. Reviews cannot be edited or filtered by SnoutCraft. Even negative reviews stay visible per Trustpilot's moderation policy.

Read product-specific reviews on Judge.me

Each product page has its own Judge.me review block where verified buyers post star ratings, written reviews, and photos of their delivered framed print. Click any product, scroll to the reviews section near the bottom of the page.

Judge.me verifies that each reviewer placed an actual order before publishing. No fake reviews from non-customers.

Why two review platforms instead of one?

Different review platforms answer different questions. Judge.me is the right tool for "is this specific portrait style as good as the photos suggest" — it surfaces customer photos of the actual delivered framed print alongside the marketing imagery, which prevents the gap between expectation and reality that bedevils online art purchases. Trustpilot is the right tool for "is this company reliable to deal with" — its standardised 1-5 rating, structured categories (delivery, value, customer service), and 12-year industry standing make it the most-cited UK e-commerce review source.

Together, they answer the two distinct questions a thoughtful gift-giver actually has: will the artwork itself live up to the website, and will the company stand behind it if something goes wrong. We thought it was worth using both, even though it's twice the effort to maintain.

How we handle the review process

We're early enough that the review count on both platforms is still in single digits. We're not going to fabricate testimonials to fill space — that's a template-service trick we won't do. Instead, here's our concrete commitment for the first 100 orders:

  • Judge.me review request goes out 14 days after delivery (long enough for the surprise to land and the fine-art print to find its wall).
  • Trustpilot review request goes out 30 days after delivery — the longer interval reflects Trustpilot's emphasis on considered, lasting impressions rather than first-day enthusiasm.
  • We don't filter or moderate negative reviews on either platform. We respond to them publicly and either fix the underlying issue or explain transparently why we made the judgment call we did.

What happens if I'm not satisfied?

Two points of intervention:

Before approval — request unlimited revisions, no time limit, no fees. If after multiple rounds the preview still doesn't capture your pet, request a full refund at any time. This is the part of our process that template head-swap services don't offer; their workflow auto-approves after 72 hours of customer silence, leaving you with a print you didn't quite agree to.

After delivery — if the fine-art print arrives damaged, defective, or substantially different from the approved preview, email hi@snoutcraft.com within 14 days. We print and ship a free replacement; the original doesn't need to come back. Our refund policy covers this in detail.

We don't offer subjective-dissatisfaction refunds after approval (you confirmed the preview before printing for this specific reason), but the unlimited revisions before approval mean you should never reach the post-approval stage with a portrait you don't fully love.

How to leave a review

After your portrait arrives, you'll receive a short email with one-click links to either Judge.me or Trustpilot. You don't need to sign up to a separate account — both platforms accept reviews from your email address directly. If you're motivated to write something now without waiting for the email, the direct links are:

Photos of your portrait in your home are encouraged on both platforms. They're more useful to other gift-givers than written words alone.

How we handle reviews

For full details on how we collect, verify, display and (rarely) remove reviews — including our CMA208-compliant audit process — please see our Reviews Policy.

In short: only verified buyers can review, we do not pay for reviews, we do not edit them, and we do not suppress negative ones.
