What is included in the price?
Every SnoutCraft portrait is sold as finished, ready-to-hang framed artwork, so the price above covers the whole object rather than a digital file with extras added later.
- A portrait of one pet, created from one clear reference photo with a technology-assisted, artist-guided workflow and checked by a person before you see it
- A preview within 24 hours of ordering, or within 12 hours for a memorial portrait
- Unlimited revisions before you approve, at no extra charge
- Printing on 250 gsm museum-quality matte paper
- A pine wood frame in black, white, natural wood or dark wood, with shatterproof plexiglass and a hanging kit
- A complimentary high-resolution digital artwork, emailed after the framed print is delivered

Which size should you choose?
Size is the only thing that changes the price. As a starting point:
- Small, 30 × 45 cm (12 × 18 in): a shelf, desk, bedside table or smaller wall
- Medium, 40 × 60 cm (16 × 24 in): a hallway, a sideboard or a gallery-style wall
- Large, 60 × 90 cm (24 × 36 in): a statement piece above a sofa, bed or fireplace

When do you pay, and can you cancel?
Payment is taken at checkout. Until you approve the preview, you can request as many revisions as you need or cancel for a full refund. Printing starts only after you approve. Because each portrait is made for you, an approved order cannot be cancelled, but a portrait that arrives damaged or with a print defect is replaced when you send photos within 14 days of delivery. Your statutory rights are unaffected, and the Refund Policy sets out the details.
Are there any extra charges?
There is no charge for the frame colour, the preview, revisions or delivery to a supported country. Taxes or import duties depend on the destination: where they are collected at checkout you see the amount before paying, and the Shipping Policy explains how other charges are handled. Each portrait features one pet, so a portrait of a second pet is a separate order.
How does this compare with other options?
Compare like with like. An original painting commissioned from a named artist is a different object, usually quoted per artist and often without framing or delivery. A digital-only file costs less because printing, framing and delivery are left to you. When you compare quotes, check the finished size, paper, frame, glazing, preview, revision terms, delivery and taxes. SnoutCraft does not publish comparisons with other businesses' prices.
