We're UK-based (SNOUTCRAFT LTD, registered with Companies House March 23, 2026), but your portrait is printed in Canada through our trusted print network. You receive a Canada-printed result via Canada Post or Purolator with no border crossings. No customs duties.
Do you offer service in French?
Customer support is available in English with French replies on request. Our website is currently English-only; we plan a full French version (/fr-ca/) in late 2026.
Can I order to remote Canadian regions?
Yes — Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut are included in free shipping. Delivery takes 7–14 business days (vs 3–8 for the southern provinces). No surcharge.
What happens if my Canada Post delivery is delayed?
We use tracked shipping with delivery scans. If a portrait is more than 14 calendar days late from our shipping confirmation, we'll either re-send a replacement or refund — your choice. Email hi@snoutcraft.com with your order number.
Is Bell or Rogers payment accepted?
We don't have direct telco-billing integrations. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx (with Canadian-issued cards working normally), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. PayPal is also supported.
Can I get a memorial portrait expedited?
Yes — memorial portraits get a 12-hour preview commitment instead of 24 hours, with no additional fee. Mention "memorial" at checkout or email us hi@snoutcraft.com after ordering. We've shipped memorial portraits to Canadian customers within 7 business days of order in 2026.
