SnoutCraft's customer promise is built around a clear approval point. Payment is collected in full at checkout, but printing does not begin until you approve the digital artwork.
Before approval
We send the standard preview within 24 hours after purchase, or within 12 hours for a memorial portrait. You may request unlimited revisions at no extra charge, or cancel for a full refund, before approval.
After approval
Once approved, the artwork enters production as a personalised framed print. Delivery destinations and estimates are maintained in the Shipping Policy.
If something is wrong on arrival
For a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed item, contact us and review the Refund Policy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

24-hour preview
You see your portrait within a day of ordering. Memorial orders typically arrive within 12 hours.
Unlimited revisions
Not right first time? We keep working. No per-revision fees, no 72-hour auto-approval, no pressure.
Included With Your Order
Your chosen portrait service, 250 gsm matte fine-art print, solid pine frame, hanging hardware, preview, and revisions are included. A complimentary high-resolution digital artwork is emailed after physical delivery. Free tracked delivery is provided; import duties or local taxes may still apply where stated in our shipping policy.
What this means in practice
Before printing: you see your portrait in full resolution by email. Check the face, expression, markings, eye colour. Tell us what to change.
Revisions: no charge, no limit. Typical customer approves first preview; some need one round; a few take several. All are welcome.
Delivery: free tracked delivery to supported countries on every order, printed locally via our regional print network.
If something goes wrong with the physical print: if it arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from your approved preview, we reprint or refund at no cost to you. Before printing, you can get a full refund any time if the preview is not right.
