A pet memorial portrait can give a meaningful photograph a lasting place at home. It should acknowledge the individual pet without promising to heal grief or telling the owner how they should feel.

Choose a familiar photograph

Use a clear, well-lit image where the pet's face, eyes and key markings are visible. A familiar expression matters more than an elaborate background. If the image is not suitable, we will contact you before creating the preview.

Choose the visual direction

Consider the pet's character and the room where the portrait may be displayed. A restrained watercolour-inspired direction can feel gentle, while a formal Renaissance or expressive comic direction gives the memorial a stronger visual presence.

Keep inscriptions personal and brief

A name, date line or short phrase may be enough. Confirm any inscription request with us before ordering so its placement and suitability can be checked.

Memorial portraits receive a digital preview within 12 hours after purchase. You may request unlimited revisions at no extra charge, or cancel for a full refund, before approving the artwork.

One pet per portrait

Each portrait supports one pet and requires one clear photo showing that pet.

Ordering for someone else

Make sure a visible memorial would be welcome. If you are uncertain, ask the recipient gently or choose a lower-pressure gesture such as a card, practical support or a donation.

Finished format and delivery
