How to Order a Custom Pet Portrait
To order a SnoutCraft portrait, choose the current product options, upload one suitable photo of one pet and review the artwork before anything is printed.
1. Prepare one clear photo
Use a clear, well-lit image where the pet's face, eyes and distinctive markings are visible. Avoid heavy filters, strong blur and photographs where key features are hidden. If the image is not suitable, SnoutCraft will contact you before creating the preview.
2. Choose the style, size and frame
Select one of the currently available portrait styles, one of the three displayed sizes and a frame colour. The product page shows the current options, price and availability.
3. Upload and pay at checkout
Each portrait supports exactly one pet and one reference photo. Payment is collected in full at checkout.
4. Review the preview
A standard digital preview is sent within 24 hours after purchase, or within 12 hours for a memorial portrait. Check the likeness, markings, composition and selected style.
5. Request changes or approve
You may request unlimited revisions at no extra charge, or cancel for a full refund, before approving the artwork. Production begins only after approval.
6. Printing and delivery
The approved artwork is printed on 250 gsm museum-quality matte paper, set in a pine frame, protected by shatterproof plexiglass and supplied ready to hang. Supported destinations and current estimates are listed in the Shipping Policy.
Digital artwork
Each physical order includes a complimentary PNG or JPG digital artwork for personal use, emailed after physical delivery. Its resolution is approximately 4K: the average of its width and height is about 4,000 pixels, and exact dimensions vary by artwork.
After-delivery issues
For damage, defects, an incorrect item or a material difference from the approved preview, contact SnoutCraft promptly and follow the Refund Policy. Statutory rights are unaffected.
Photo privacy
Uploaded photos and final artwork are retained for 180 days after the order is complete. See the Privacy Policy for processing, service-provider and deletion information.
